A Message from the Chair (old)
Dear Members,
We continued on our tradition of improving services to the members and operation of the chapter during the last year. On the surface it may seem like a marginal improvement from the year before if, for example, the number of events we organized is compared. But it would be difficult to fully outline numerous major and minor changes that were made by the chapter for a better today and tomorrow.
We conducted a membership survey last summer and a report on the survey has been included in the latest Spring 2014 newsletter. With better understanding of your needs and expectations, we have formed an action plan to serve your needs and address your comments. In particular, we have constructed a committee structure to ensure improved and enhanced operation and services. Our call for volunteers was well responded to by the members. With help from these new energetic member volunteers, we are in the process of formulating ambitious work plans for this year. We are also working more closely with nearby chapters so that you can benefit from their events.
On behalf of the Brampton Chapter executives and committee members, I would like to thank you for your continued support. Your input and feedback on governance of the chapter are always welcomed.
